The sweepstakes is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the data and information provided by the participant is not Instagram, but FOLIATEC Böhm GmbH & Co Vertriebs KG.
All questions, comments or complaints regarding the sweepstakes must be directed to FOLIATEC Böhm GmbH & Co Vertriebs KG. Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions of participation listed here. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation. FOLIATEC Böhm GmbH & Co Vertriebs KG reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time.
Eligibility
Persons residing in Germany and Austria who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation and are "followers" of official_foliatec on Instagram are eligible to participate. One becomes such a follower by pressing the "+ FOLLOW" button of official_foliatec on Instagram. Employees of FOLIATEC Böhm GmbH & Co Vertriebs KG, as well as their relatives and other persons involved in the conception and implementation of this competition are excluded from participation.
Participation
Participation takes place by posting a picture with the hashtag #foliatec, #bedifferent and @official_foliatec on Instagram. Participation in the competition includes the consent to mention the Instagram name on the FOLIATEC fan page in the event of winning.
Winnings
The winner will be refunded the amount paid to FOLIATEC Böhm GmbH & Co Vertriebs KG, for the FOLIATEC.com product shown in the picture. For this it is mandatory that the product was purchased in the FOLIATEC.com online store in the period from 01.01.2016 to today and that this can also be proven. The name on the order must match the name of the winner so that it can be compared with the system. The prize cannot be transferred to a third party. The formalities of refunding the money will be clarified with the winner individually.
Raffle
Anyone who posts a picture of an applied FOLIATEC.com product with the hashtag #foliatec, #bedifferent and @official_foliatec will be entered into the draw. Each participant can only enter the draw once per competition. The prize will be drawn among all participants eligible to participate (random draw). The start of the sweepstakes is on 25.8.2017. Time of determination of eligibility and the raffle takes place every 4 weeks. The winner will be announced after determination within 5 working days (Mon-Fri) on the FOLIATEC fan page (Instagram name). If a winner does not get in touch within 7 days after publication, the prize will be forfeited.
The winner can get in touch via Instagram by means of a personal message stating his Instagram name, his real name and the purchased product.
Data protection
Insofar as personal data of participants is collected, processed and used within the scope of the competition, it will be collected, processed and used by FOLIATEC Böhm GmbH & Co Vertriebs KG exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the competition and deleted after the competition has ended.
Other
FOLIATEC Böhm GmbH & Co Vertriebs KG reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without giving reasons. Contributions posted by users must not contain insults, false facts, competition, trademark or copyright infringements. The users who post these contributions must take responsibility for any legal violations. The participant releases Instagram from any liability. The legal process is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany is exclusively applicable. Should any of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.
