FOLIATEC Böhm GmbH & Co Vertriebs KG (hereinafter referred to as "FOLIATEC") is holding a European Championship competition Brake Caliper Paint Set (hereinafter referred to as "competition") from 06.07.2016 - 07.07.2016. 2.
Anyone with a Facebook account can participate. Participation in the competition is free of charge and in no way dependent on the purchase of goods or services. 3.
3. 10 FOLIATEC.com brake caliper paint sets (colour of choice) will be raffled among all participants who correctly guess the result of the game. Participants can take part in the draw up to and including 07.07.2016, 21:00. Late entries cannot be considered. The draw will be made at random on 08.07.2016. The winners will be drawn by FOLIATEC. The winners will be notified under the respective comment and requested to send their name and address plus colour preference by message to FOLIATEC. If FOLIATEC does not receive a complete address within 48 hours of the request, the prize will be forfeited. FOLIATEC reserves the right to raffle the prize again. The prize will be sent by post after the end of the competition. The prize will be sent at the expense of FOLIATEC. Dispatch is only possible to destination addresses in Germany. 4.
The legal process is excluded. Cash payment of the prize is not possible. This competition has no connection with Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook. The recipient of the information and data provided is not Facebook, but FOLIATEC. The information and data provided will be used solely for the competition. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the competition should not be addressed to Facebook, but to FOLIATEC as the organiser of the competition.
