Made of top-quality anodised aluminium, the Alu Race Grille is a cool way to give your car a tough race look. Fit it wherever you like - front grill, spoiler apertures, air boxes or exhaust shields - it is going to spice-up your car. Top quality, available in stretch grid design, easily shaped, almost unlimited uses.

Application

Measure size of opening to be covered.
Cut the grid to fit area concerned leaving excess lengths of approx. 1,5 - 2,0 cm.
Prepare the grid for installation (bend, if necessary).
Spray, if necessary (with racing or normal car paint).
Install grid: Apply glas fiber cement to extending pice of the grid
or produce a support (for installation) with glass fiber cement.

Anwendung

Zu verkleidende Öffnung ausmessen.
Zuschneiden des Gitters auf die entsprechende Größe mit einem Übermaß von 1,5 bis 2,0 cm.
Vorbereiten des Gitters auf den Einbau (evtl. biegen).
Gegebenenfalls Durchführen von Lackierarbeiten
(in Racing- oder Wagenfarbe).
Befestigung des Gitters: Einspachteln des Überhangstückes des Gitters mit Glasfaserspachtelmasse oder Herstellung einer Halterung (Bohrfutter) mit der Glasfaserspachtelmasse.
