Looking for an individual vehicle design?
FOLIATEC®.com spray foiling is a real alternative!
Black, white, grey - the classic colours are encountered in road traffic every day. But what do you do when you have found the car of your dreams, but its appearance could do with a "refreshing"? Painting, one option. Foiling, certainly more practical. Spray-painting sounds great. But does that work for the whole vehicle? We asked FOLIATEC®.com what exactly it is all about and would like to introduce you to spray foiling in more detail below. Under the slogan "Easy to apply. Easy to remove", FOLIATEC®.com has developed the body spray film in painstaking design and laboratory work for large-scale application on vehicles. Currently, 13 different colours are available, ranging from matt to glossy to metallic matt.
For those who like to do it themselves, the FOLIATEC Spray System Set powered by WAGNER includes everything needed for a do-it-yourself redesign: Spray gun, compressor, hose, gloves, thinner and body spray film in the colour and container size of your choice. The paint quantity, optionally 1L, 5L or 10L, ranges from the bonnet to the partial car foiling to the complete foiling of your car. Before you start, you should first cover all areas that are not to be coated. And for optimum paint application, the manufacturer recommends cleaning the remaining surfaces. By the way, you can also find versatile tools and utensils in the online shop - not forgetting a painting suit, protective goggles and a breathing mask for the sprayer. See also: CLICK
Once the preparatory work has been completed, it's time to put on protective clothing, pour in the paint, plug in the cable and start spraying! It is important to apply the paint as evenly as possible in at least four individual coats. And don't worry, even without painting experience you'll soon get the hang of it and get a clean result. The "DIY Tutorial" shows you more tricks of the trade:
In addition to the uncomplicated use, another highlight makes the FOLIATEC®.com car body spray film so attractive: If the applied film is to be renewed or removed, it can be easily removed without leaving any residue. This means that "outfit" changes are possible at any time. We give this a thumbs-up, because it is a real alternative to painting, especially with regard to retrofitting, and it is easy on the wallet. We suggest you try out spray foiling yourself and look forward to seeing the colourful results of your projects!
