Behind this are attractive aluminum sleeves, which are placed directly on your original wheel bolts and provide the trendy look there in no time. The developers and product designers at FOLIATEC®.com have spent two years working on this world first, which we would like to present to you today as a genuine alternative to the previously time-consuming conversion work.
Some time passed until the new FOLIATEC®.com LugNuzzCovers could be offered in the two wrench sizes 17 mm and 19 mm and six stylish colors (anodized colors green, blue, red and gold, black, chrome). At the SEMA Show 2014 in Las Vegas, the first idea for this innovative new product was born, which was not yet available for purchase anywhere. Back in Germany, FOLIATEC®.com's cooperation partner SCC Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH produced the first CAD drawings and samples, which were then jointly developed further. The final product, which was patented by FOLIATEC®.com, was gradually developed in consultation with experts from well-known testing organizations. Until then, the question of which production method was the best was still open: casting, turning and milling were the options, with turning ultimately prevailing. High quality was also the top priority in this product development, as the manufacturer told us. This is particularly noticeable when you take a closer look: Eloxal as a surface coating, 2K UV varnish protective coating and a certified high-performance neodymium magnet with a specified tensile force.
Each pack of LugNuzzCover already contains a complete set of 20. All you have to do then is plug in the attractive accessories. Elaborate conversion work is not necessary, because the aluminum sleeves in the desired color are simply plugged directly onto the original wheel bolts. A few distinctive "clicks" are all it takes. A secure hold is guaranteed thanks to the integrated high-performance neodymium magnet - at speeds of up to 250 km/h. In addition, the FOLIATEC®.com LugNuzzCovers are supplied with an expert opinion and can be fitted without registration.
