Responsible for the implementation of the competition is foliatec.com, operated by FOLIATEC Böhm GmbH & Co Vertriebs KG, Neumeyerstr. 70, 90411 Nuremberg.

Eligibility

Natural persons over the age of 18 who participate directly in the competition are eligible to enter. Employees of FOLIATEC Böhm GmbH & Co Vertriebs KG are excluded from participation. The same applies to their relatives or life partners. Participation in the competition is exclusively via the FOLIATEC website: https://www.foliatec.com.

Execution

The competition begins on 23.11.2018 at 00:00 and ends on 23.11.2018 at 23:59 ("competition period"). All persons who fulfil the conditions of participation and purchase at least one item from www.foliatec.com-Shop during the competition period will be entered into the competition. Only one order is possible per name, billing and delivery address. In the event of multiple orders with identical names, billing and delivery addresses, only the first order placed will be taken into account. The competition is not subject to a minimum order value. On 26.11.2018, a random draw will take place among all orders or customers received. Every tenth order or customer drawn will receive the ordered goods free of charge. The drawn customers will be notified by e-mail and will be refunded the purchase price via the originally selected payment method. Cash payment is not possible.

Winning

The winners will receive a full refund of the price paid for the items purchased during the competition period. This applies to purchases made via the "www.foliatec.com" shop. The maximum refund value is 1,000 euros.

The payment of the prize will be made via the originally selected payment method. The prize does not include any guarantee or related services. The prize is neither negotiable nor exchangeable. FOLIATEC reserves the right to replace the prize with another prize of a similar value if the said prize is no longer available for reasons beyond FOLIATEC's control.

Exclusion from the competition

FOLIATEC is entitled to exclude participants from the competition who violate these conditions of participation; provide false, misleading or fraudulent information; use unfair means; manipulate or attempt to manipulate the competition; and/or participate in the competition more often than permitted under these conditions of participation. If there is a reason for exclusion, FOLIATEC is entitled - even retrospectively - to refuse the prize and to reclaim any prize already handed out or to demand compensation.

Liability

FOLIATEC accepts no liability for the continuous availability of the campaign page and any links and that they can be called up by the participants in a technically error-free and complete manner. In particular, no liability is accepted within the legal limits for damage to and loss of data caused by technical faults and delays, viruses or similar reasons.

Data protection

By participating in the competition, the participant declares his/her consent that his/her personal data may be stored and used by FOLIATEC for the purpose of conducting the competition (in particular evaluation of the competition, determination and notification of the winner, prize processing). The participant is entitled to revoke this consent at any time during the execution of the competition by means of the contact form at: https://www.foliatec.com/kontakt and thus to withdraw from participation in the competition.

Other

For all other orders, the known cancellation and return conditions apply.
FOLIATEC is entitled to end the competition prematurely or to change the conditions of participation. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and in the event that proper implementation of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. In the event of a change to the conditions of participation, participants will be informed immediately on the promotion page. If any provision of these terms and conditions of participation is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same shall apply to any loopholes. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Legal recourse is excluded.
