Conditions of Participation "Competition – FOLIATEC.com New Product" Conditions of participation
1. FOLIATEC Böhm GmbH & Co Vertriebs KG (hereinafter referred to as "FOLIATEC") is conducting a competition – FOLIATEC.com new product (hereinafter referred to as "competition") from 15.08.2016 – 18.08.2016.
2. Anyone who has a Facebook account can participate. Participation in the competition is free of charge and in no way dependent on the purchase of goods or the use of a service.
3. The FOLIATEC product, which will be available for the first time at the end of 2016, will be raffled off among all participants who vote. Participants can participate in the raffle up to and including 18.08.2016, 24.00 hrs. Late entries cannot be taken into account. The draw will be made randomly on 22.08.2016. The drawing of the winner is carried out by FOLIATEC. The winner will be notified under the respective comment and asked to send his or her name and address by message to FOLIATEC. If a complete address is not provided within 48 hours of FOLIATEC's request, the prize will be forfeited. FOLIATEC reserves the right to raffle it again. The prize will be sent by post as soon as it is available (expected by the end of 2016). The prize will be sent at the expense of FOLIATEC. Shipping is only possible to destination addresses in Germany.
4. Legal recourse is excluded. A cash payment of the prize is not possible. This Sweepstakes is not affiliated with Facebook and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook. The recipient of the information and data provided is not Facebook, but FOLIATEC. The information and data provided will only be used for the competition. All questions, comments or complaints about the competition should not be addressed to Facebook, but to FOLIATEC as the organiser of the competition.
