Caution
Do not install the product on the exterior of the vehicle or where it can impede the vision of the driver.
This application is not permitted under the Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. Consult your local motor vehicle registration ordinances. Do not install in the immediate vicinity of the car radio or the heating ducts. Other electronic devices, such as the ABS system, navigation devices etc. may be impeded in their function.

Neither the manufacturers nor the distributors can accept any responsibility for any damage caused by incorrect installation.
For installation in Countries outside the Federal Republic of Germany, the national homologation regulations apply.
Caution: To avoid electrical shocks and injuries during installation it is
essential to disconnect the ground cable (negative pole) from the battery
of the vehicle.
1 a) Adhesion: select a suitable location.
The surface must be free of dirt and grease. Remove the protective foil of the adhesive pads and apply the SMD-LUMAX- Sky by pressing firmly.
Please note: Do not attach the adhesive pads to leather, fabric or wood.
1 b) Fastening with screws: select a suitable location, mark the drill holes and attach the SMD-LUMAX-Sky with suitable screws (2.9x16mm Phillips screws for example).
2) Place the power supply cable.
Important: keep the cable away from heat sources (heater etc.). Note the remaining length of the cable so that the cable is run free of tension. (The cables should be placed so that they cannot fray or break!)
3) Power supply: connect to fuse box or battery of the vehicle (see wiring diagram).
