Please read the instruction manual carefully before usage.
Technical data: operating voltage 12V, input voltage 60mA, output voltage 720mW.
Package contents: 2x LED-screws with washer and nut M8.
You also need: A battery-operated drill with 8.5 mm Ø metal drill bit, twin-lead power cable (loudspeaker cable), crimp connection, shrinkdown plastic tubing, Allen wrench.
Caution: Make sure that the ground cable of the vehicle battery is disconnected prior to installation to prevent electrical shock and injury during installation.
1) Mark a suitable installation location.
2) Drill the hole for fastening, insert the screw with the included washer from the back and complete mounting with the respective nut.
Attention: Make sure that the power lead cables are not buckled or pinched under any circumstance (cable breakage, danger of short circuit).
3) The connection must be established with a safety fuse or via the fuse box of the vehicle to prevent possible short circuits and cable fires. Have the installation checked by a qualified automotive specialist.
Safety precautions: Reverse battery connection, improper installation, manipulation of components, etc. can constitute a danger and will void any and all warranty claims. Mount at a protected location so that damages through external influence such as foot contact when entering the vehicle are avoided. Check the LED screws to assure a secure fit as well as the electrical connections on a regular basis. Take special care that none of the cables are pinched or buckled and are protected from chafing or breakage.
Note: The scope of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards does not allow installation. For jurisdiction outside of the Federal Republic of Germany: Please take the country specific vehicle registration codes into consideration.
Recommendation: Install the LED screws only in the interior of the vehicle!
