Please read the instruction manual carefully before usage.
Tools needed:
Tin cutting scissors, measuring tape, possibly glass fiber cement, possibly screws for sheet metal with fitting washers and a screwdriver.
1) Measure size of opening to be covered.
2) Cut ALU-Racing-Grid to fit area concerned leaving excess lengths of approx. 1.5-2.0 cm.
3) Prepare the grid for installation (Bend, if necessary). Watch for rectangular or straight shape of the grid meshes.
4) Spray, if necessary (with racing or normal car paint)
5) Install grid:
5a. Apply glas fiber cement to extending piece of the grid or
5b. Produce a support (for installation) with glass fiber cement. After drying grind support smooth. Drill a hole for installation (Size of hole has to fit screws). Fasten screws for sheet metal, fitting washers and grid with extending meshes (onto the support).
