1] SILICONE-TREATED PROTECTIVE FILM
The clear protective film provides pre-fittment protection for the acrylic resin adhesive.
2] ACRYLIC RESIN ADHESIVE
The acrylic resin adhesive ensures permanent and blister-free bonding plus perceptible installation benefits. The adhesive layer includes an UV absorber which protects the film layers below.
3] POLYESTER FILM WITH PRECIOUS-METAL COATING
An additional metallization of the polyester film layer in UV-/Heat Protection Films ensures an efficient heat rejection. This is also the reason for the metal-luster effect.
4] MULTILAYER ADHESIVE
Bonds the polyester film layers into a stable assembly.
The multilayer adhesive also features an UV absorber.
5] Dyed-through or transparent polyester film
The dyed-trough or transparent film design gives the film its unique appearance.
6] ADDITIONAL HIGH-PERFORMANCE SCRATCHPROOF COATING
This highly effective surface coating prevents a scratching of the film (suitable for wind-up windows) and ensures a long durability of the product.
